وَمَا كَانَ اللّٰهُ لِيُضِلَّ قَوْمًاۢ بَعْدَ اِذْ هَدٰىهُمْ حَتّٰى يُبَيِّنَ لَهُمْ مَّا يَتَّقُوْنَۗ اِنَّ اللّٰهَ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عَلِيْمٌ   ( التوبة: ١١٥ )

wamā
وَمَا
And not
kāna
كَانَ
is
l-lahu
ٱللَّهُ
(for) Allah
liyuḍilla
لِيُضِلَّ
that He lets go astray
qawman
قَوْمًۢا
a people
baʿda
بَعْدَ
after
idh
إِذْ
[when]
hadāhum
هَدَىٰهُمْ
He has guided them
ḥattā
حَتَّىٰ
until
yubayyina
يُبَيِّنَ
He makes clear
lahum
لَهُم
to them
مَّا
what
yattaqūna
يَتَّقُونَۚ
they should fear
inna
إِنَّ
Indeed
l-laha
ٱللَّهَ
Allah
bikulli
بِكُلِّ
(of) every
shayin
شَىْءٍ
thing
ʿalīmun
عَلِيمٌ
(is) All-Knower

Wa maa kaanal laahu liyudilla qawmam ba'da iz hadaahum hatta yubaiyina lahum maa yattaqoon; innal laaha bikulli shai'in 'Aleem (at-Tawbah 9:115)

Sahih International:

And Allah would not let a people stray after He has guided them until He makes clear to them what they should avoid. Indeed, Allah is Knowing of all things. (At-Tawbah [9] : 115)

1 Mufti Taqi Usmani

Allah is not such as He makes a people go astray after He has given them guidance, unless He explains to them what they should avoid. Indeed, Allah is fully aware of every thing.
