Ash-Shams Verse 9

Successful indeed is the one who purifies their soul,

Indeed, he who purifies his soul will attain success,

Prosperous is he who purifies it,

The one who purifies his soul succeeds

Surely blissful is he who hath cleansed, it,

Truly he succeeds that purifies it,

He who purifies it will prosper,

He who nourishes it will surely be successful,

Indeed successful is the one who made it pure.

one who purifies it is felicitous,

He is indeed prosperous who has grown it in purity (away from self-aggrandizing rebellion against God);

(All these are cited to witness that) one who purifies it (- his soul), certainly succeeds,

Who purified/corrected it had succeeded/won.

Indeed successful is the one who made it pure.

He indeed is successful who causes it to grow (or purifies it)!

Indeed he succeeds who purifies his ownself (i.e. obeys and performs all that Allah ordered, by following the true Faith of Islamic Monotheism and by doing righteous good deeds).

And he indeed fails who buries it.

He will indeed be successful who purifies it,

He is indeed successful who causeth it to grow,

those who purify their souls will certainly have everlasting happiness

prosperous is he who purified it,

Indeed he succeeds who purifies it.

He who purifies it will indeed be successful,

Successful is he who purifies it.

Successful indeed (qad; the lm [of laqad, `indeed'] has been omitted from it for the sake of brevity) will be the one who purifies it, purges it of sins,

وَقَدْ خَابَ مَن دَسَّاهَا
