Wa raf 'ana laka zikrak

Sahih International:

And raised high for you your repute.

And We have exalted your remembrance for you.

Did We not exalt your name?

And (have We not) exalted for you your renown?

And have (We not) exalted for you your name and given you fame?

And We raised for you your memory/reputation .

And We have exalted your remembrance for you (O dear Prophet Mohammed - peace and blessings be upon him).

Have We not raised your remembrance?

And have We not raised high your fame

have We not given you high renown?

22 Talal Itani

And raised for you your reputation?

23 Tafsir jalalayn

Did We not exalt your mention? For you are mentioned where I [God] am mentioned in the call announcing [the time for] prayer (adhn), in the [second] call to perform the prayer (iqma), in the witnessing [`there is no god but God, Muhammad is His Messenger'] (tashahhud), in the Friday sermon and in other instances.

24 Tafseer Ibn Kathir

And have We not raised high your fame?

Mujahid said,

"It means whenever I (Allah) am remembered, you will also be remembered."

Qatadah said,

"Allah elevated the remembrance of the Prophet Muhammad both in this world as well as in the hereafter."

Then Allh says,

فَإِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا
