لَمْ يَكُنِ الَّذِيْنَ كَفَرُوْا مِنْ اَهْلِ الْكِتٰبِ وَالْمُشْرِكِيْنَ مُنْفَكِّيْنَ حَتّٰى تَأْتِيَهُمُ الْبَيِّنَةُۙ  ( البينة: ١ )

حَتَّىٰ
until
tatiyahumu
تَأْتِيَهُمُ
(there) comes to them
l-bayinatu
ٱلْبَيِّنَةُ
the clear evidence

Lam ya kunil lazeena kafaru min ahlil kitaabi wal mushri keena mun fak keena hattaa ta-tiya humul bayyinah (al-Bayyinah 98:1)

Sahih International:

Those who disbelieved among the People of the Scripture and the polytheists were not to be parted [from misbelief] until there came to them clear evidence (Al-Bayyinah [98] : 1)

Those who disbelieved from among the People of the Book and the polytheists were not (expected) to desist (from their wrong beliefs) unless there comes to them a clear proof,
