فَاِذَا رَكِبُوْا فِى الْفُلْكِ دَعَوُا اللّٰهَ مُخْلِصِيْنَ لَهُ الدِّيْنَ ەۚ فَلَمَّا نَجّٰىهُمْ اِلَى الْبَرِّ اِذَا هُمْ يُشْرِكُوْنَۙ ( العنكبوت: ٦٥ )
fa-idhā
فَإِذَا
And when
Et quand
rakibū
رَكِبُوا۟
they embark
ils montent

فِى
[in]

l-ful'ki
ٱلْفُلْكِ
the ship
le bateau,
daʿawū
دَعَوُا۟
they call
ils invoquent
l-laha
ٱللَّهَ
Allah
Allâh
mukh'liṣīna
مُخْلِصِينَ
(being) sincere
(en étant) des gens qui rendent exclusive
lahu
لَهُ
to Him
à lui
l-dīna
ٱلدِّينَ
(in) the religion
la religion
falammā
فَلَمَّا
But when
et ensuite, quand
najjāhum
نَجَّىٰهُمْ
He delivers them
Il les sauve
ilā
إِلَى
to
vers
l-bari
ٱلْبَرِّ
the land
la terre,
idhā
إِذَا
behold
alors
hum
هُمْ
they
eux
yush'rikūna
يُشْرِكُونَ
associate partners (with Him)
associent
Fa-izaa rakiboo fil fulki da'awul laaha mukhilseena lahud deena falammaa najjaa hum ilal baari izaa hum yushrikoon (al-ʿAnkabūt 29:65)
English Sahih:
And when they board a ship, they supplicate Allah, sincere to Him in religion [i.e., faith and hope]. But when He delivers them to the land, at once they associate others with Him (Al-'Ankabut [29] : 65)
Muhammad Hamidullah:
Quand ils montent en bateau, ils invoquent Allah Lui vouant exclusivement leur culte. Une fois qu'Il les a sauvés [des dangers de la mer en les ramenant] sur la terre ferme, voilà qu'ils [Lui] donnent des associés. (Al-'Ankabut [29] : 65)
