وَمَا كَانَ قَوْلَهُمْ اِلَّآ اَنْ قَالُوْا رَبَّنَا اغْفِرْ لَنَا ذُنُوْبَنَا وَاِسْرَافَنَا فِيْٓ اَمْرِنَا وَثَبِّتْ اَقْدَامَنَا وَانْصُرْنَا عَلَى الْقَوْمِ الْكٰفِرِيْنَ ( آل عمران: ١٤٧ )
Wa maa kaana qawlahum illaa an qaaloo Rabbanagh fir lanaa zunoobanaa wa israafanaa feee amirnaa wa sabbit aqdaamanaa wansurnaa 'alal qawmil kaafireen (ʾĀl ʿImrān 3:147)
English Sahih:
And their words were not but that they said, "Our Lord, forgive us our sins and the excess [committed] in our affairs and plant firmly our feet and give us victory over the disbelieving people." (Ali 'Imran [3] : 147)
Muhammad Hamidullah:
Et ils n'eurent que cette parole: «Seigneur, pardonne-nous nos péchés ainsi que nos excès dans nos comportements, affermis nos pas et donne-nous la victoire sur les gens mécréants». (Ali-'Imran [3] : 147)

Ô Seigneur, pardonne-nous nos péchés et notre excès. Raffermis nos pas lorsque nous affronterons l’ennemi et accorde-nous la victoire sur ceux qui mécroient en Toi.
