بَلِ السَّاعَةُ مَوْعِدُهُمْ وَالسَّاعَةُ اَدْهٰى وَاَمَرُّ ( القمر: ٤٦ )

Nay
Plutôt,
l-sāʿatu
ٱلسَّاعَةُ
the Hour
L’Heure
mawʿiduhum
مَوْعِدُهُمْ
(is) their promised time
(est) leur temps promis
wal-sāʿatu
وَٱلسَّاعَةُ
and the Hour
et L’Heure (sera)
adhā
أَدْهَىٰ
(will be) more grievous
plus affreuse
wa-amarru
وَأَمَرُّ
and more bitter
et plus amère !
Balis Saa'atu maw'iduhum was Saa'atu adhaa wa amarr (al-Q̈amar 54:46)
English Sahih:
But the Hour is their appointment [for due punishment], and the Hour is more disastrous and more bitter. (Al-Qamar [54] : 46)
Muhammad Hamidullah:
L'Heure, plutôt, sera leur rendez-vous, et l'Heure sera plus terrible et plus amère. (Al-Qamar [54] : 46)
