وَقَارُوْنَ وَفِرْعَوْنَ وَهَامٰنَۗ وَلَقَدْ جَاۤءَهُمْ مُّوْسٰى بِالْبَيِّنٰتِ فَاسْتَكْبَرُوْا فِى الْاَرْضِ وَمَا كَانُوْا سَابِقِيْنَ ۚ ( العنكبوت: ٣٩ )
And Qarun
وَقَٰرُونَ
और क़ारून
and Firaun
وَفِرْعَوْنَ
और फ़िरऔन
and Haman
وَهَٰمَٰنَۖ
और हामान
And certainly
وَلَقَدْ
और अलबत्ता तहक़ीक़
came to them
جَآءَهُم
आए उनके पास
Musa
مُّوسَىٰ
मूसा
with clear evidences
بِٱلْبَيِّنَٰتِ
साथ वाज़ेह निशानियों के
but they were arrogant
فَٱسْتَكْبَرُوا۟
तो उन्होंने तकब्बुर किया
in
فِى
ज़मीन में
the earth
ٱلْأَرْضِ
ज़मीन में
and not
وَمَا
और ना
they could
كَانُوا۟
थे वो
outstrip Us
سَٰبِقِينَ
भाग जाने वाले (हमसे)
Waqaroona wafir'awna wahamana walaqad jaahum moosa bialbayyinati faistakbaroo fee alardi wama kanoo sabiqeena (al-ʿAnkabūt 29:39)

और क़ारून और फ़िरऔन और हामान को हमने विनष्ट किया। मूसा उनके पास खुली निशानियाँ लेकर आया। किन्तु उन्होंने धरती में घमंड किया, हालाँकि वे हमसे निकल जानेवाले न थे
English Sahih:
And [We destroyed] Qarun and Pharaoh and Haman. And Moses had already come to them with clear evidences, and they were arrogant in the land, but they were not outrunners [of Our punishment]. ([29] Al-'Ankabut : 39)
