لَوْ اَرَادَ اللّٰهُ اَنْ يَّتَّخِذَ وَلَدًا لَّاصْطَفٰى مِمَّا يَخْلُقُ مَا يَشَاۤءُ ۙ سُبْحٰنَهٗ ۗهُوَ اللّٰهُ الْوَاحِدُ الْقَهَّارُ ( الزمر: ٤ )
If
لَّوْ
अगर
Allah (had) intended
أَرَادَ
चाहता
Allah (had) intended
ٱللَّهُ
अल्लाह
to
أَن
कि
take
يَتَّخِذَ
वो बना ले
a son
وَلَدًا
औलाद
surely, He (could) have chosen
لَّٱصْطَفَىٰ
अलबत्ता वो चुन लेता
from what
مِمَّا
उसमें से जो
He creates
يَخْلُقُ
वो पैदा करता है
whatever
مَا
जो
He willed
يَشَآءُۚ
वो चाहता
Glory be to Him!
سُبْحَٰنَهُۥۖ
पाक है वो
He
هُوَ
वो
(is) Allah
ٱللَّهُ
अल्लाह
the One
ٱلْوَٰحِدُ
एक है
the Irresistible
ٱلْقَهَّارُ
बहुत ज़बरदस्त है
Law arada Allahu an yattakhitha waladan laistafa mimma yakhluqu ma yashao subhanahu huwa Allahu alwahidu alqahharu (az-Zumar 39:4)

यदि अल्लाह अपनी कोई सन्तान बनाना चाहता तो वह उसमें से, जिन्हें पैदा कर रहा है, चुन लेता। महान और उच्च है वह! वह अल्लाह है अकेला, सब पर क़ाबू रखनेवाला
English Sahih:
If Allah had intended to take a son, He could have chosen from what He creates whatever He willed. Exalted is He; He is Allah, the One, the Prevailing. ([39] Az-Zumar : 4)
