يٰٓاَهْلَ الْكِتٰبِ لَا تَغْلُوْا فِيْ دِيْنِكُمْ وَلَا تَقُوْلُوْا عَلَى اللّٰهِ اِلَّا الْحَقَّۗ اِنَّمَا الْمَسِيْحُ عِيْسَى ابْنُ مَرْيَمَ رَسُوْلُ اللّٰهِ وَكَلِمَتُهٗ ۚ اَلْقٰهَآ اِلٰى مَرْيَمَ وَرُوْحٌ مِّنْهُ ۖفَاٰمِنُوْا بِاللّٰهِ وَرُسُلِهٖۗ وَلَا تَقُوْلُوْا ثَلٰثَةٌ ۗاِنْتَهُوْا خَيْرًا لَّكُمْ ۗ اِنَّمَا اللّٰهُ اِلٰهٌ وَّاحِدٌ ۗ سُبْحٰنَهٗٓ اَنْ يَّكُوْنَ لَهٗ وَلَدٌ ۘ لَهٗ مَا فِى السَّمٰوٰتِ وَمَا فِى الْاَرْضِۗ وَكَفٰى بِاللّٰهِ وَكِيْلًا ࣖ ( النساء: ١٧١ )
Ya ahla alkitabi la taghloo fee deenikum wala taqooloo 'ala Allahi illa alhaqqa innama almaseehu 'eesa ibnu maryama rasoolu Allahi wakalimatuhu alqaha ila maryama waroohun minhu faaminoo biAllahi warusulihi wala taqooloo thalathatun intahoo khayran lakum innama Allahu ilahun wahidun subhanahu an yakoona lahu waladun lahu ma fee alssamawati wama fee alardi wakafa biAllahi wakeelan (an-Nisāʾ 4:171)

ऐ किताबवालों! अपने धर्म में हद से आगे न बढ़ो और अल्लाह से जोड़कर सत्य के अतिरिक्त कोई बात न कहो। मरयम का बेटा मसीह-ईसा इसके अतिरिक्त कुछ नहीं कि अल्लाह का रसूल है और उसका एक 'कलिमा' है, जिसे उसने मरमय की ओर भेजा था। और उसकी ओर से एक रूह है। तो तुम अल्लाह पर और उसके रसूलों पर ईमान लाओ और 'तीन' न कहो - बाज़ आ जाओ! यह तुम्हारे लिए अच्छा है - अल्लाह तो केवल अकेला पूज्य है। यह उसकी महानता के प्रतिकूल है कि उसका कोई बेटा हो। आकाशों और धरती में जो कुछ है, उसी का है। और अल्लाह कार्यसाधक की हैसियत से काफ़ी है
English Sahih:
O People of the Scripture, do not commit excess in your religion or say about Allah except the truth. The Messiah, Jesus the son of Mary, was but a messenger of Allah and His word which He directed to Mary and a soul [created at a command] from Him. So believe in Allah and His messengers. And do not say, "Three"; desist – it is better for you. Indeed, Allah is but one God. Exalted is He above having a son. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. And sufficient is Allah as Disposer of affairs. ([4] An-Nisa : 171)

ऐ अहले किताब अपने दीन में हद (एतदाल) से तजावुज़ न करो और ख़ुदा की शान में सच के सिवा (कोई दूसरी बात) न कहो मरियम के बेटे ईसा मसीह (न ख़ुदा थे न ख़ुदा के बेटे) पस ख़ुदा के एक रसूल और उसके कलमे (हुक्म) थे जिसे ख़ुदा ने मरियम के पास भेज दिया था (कि हामला हो जा) और ख़ुदा की तरफ़ से एक जान थे पस ख़ुदा और उसके रसूलों पर ईमान लाओ और तीन (ख़ुदा) के क़ायल न बनो (तसलीस से) बाज़ रहो (और) अपनी भलाई (तौहीद) का क़सद करो अल्लाह तो बस यकता माबूद है वह उस (नुक्स) से पाक व पाकीज़ा है उसका कोई लड़का हो (उसे लड़के की हाजत ही क्या है) जो कुछ आसमानों में है और जो कुछ ज़मीन में है सब तो उसी का है और ख़ुदा तो कारसाज़ी में काफ़ी है
