اَللّٰهُ الَّذِيْ جَعَلَ لَكُمُ الَّيْلَ لِتَسْكُنُوْا فِيْهِ وَالنَّهَارَ مُبْصِرًا ۗاِنَّ اللّٰهَ لَذُوْ فَضْلٍ عَلَى النَّاسِ وَلٰكِنَّ اَكْثَرَ النَّاسِ لَا يَشْكُرُوْنَ ( غافر: ٦١ )
Allahu allathee ja'ala lakumu allayla litaskunoo feehi waalnnahara mubsiran inna Allaha lathoo fadlin 'ala alnnasi walakinna akthara alnnasi la yashkuroona (Ghāfir 40:61)

अल्लाह ही है जिसने तुम्हारे लिए रात (अंधकारमय) बनाई, तुम उसमें शान्ति प्राप्त करो औऱ दिन को प्रकाशमान बनाया (ताकि उसमें दौड़-धूप करो) । निस्संदेह अल्लाह लोगों के लिए बड़ा उदार अनुग्रहवाला हैं, किन्तु अधिकतर लोग कृतज्ञता नहीं दिखाते
English Sahih:
It is Allah who made for you the night that you may rest therein and the day giving sight. Indeed, Allah is the possessor of bounty for the people, but most of them are not grateful. ([40] Ghafir : 61)
