اُحِلَّ لَكُمْ صَيْدُ الْبَحْرِ وَطَعَامُهٗ مَتَاعًا لَّكُمْ وَلِلسَّيَّارَةِ ۚوَحُرِّمَ عَلَيْكُمْ صَيْدُ الْبَرِّ مَا دُمْتُمْ حُرُمًا ۗوَاتَّقُوا اللّٰهَ الَّذِيْٓ اِلَيْهِ تُحْشَرُوْنَ ( المائدة: ٩٦ )
Ohilla lakum saydu albahri wata'amuhu mata'an lakum walilssayyarati wahurrima 'alaykum saydu albarri ma dumtum huruman waittaqoo Allaha allathee ilayhi tuhsharoona (al-Māʾidah 5:96)

तुम्हारे लिए जल की शिकार और उसका खाना हलाल है कि तुम उससे फ़ायदा उठाओ और मुसाफ़िर भी। किन्तु थलीय शिकार जब तक तुम इहराम में हो, तुमपर हराम है। और अल्लाह से डरते रहो, जिसकी ओर तुम इकट्ठा होगे
English Sahih:
Lawful to you is game from the sea and its food as provision for you and the travelers, but forbidden to you is game from the land as long as you are in the state of ihram. And fear Allah to whom you will be gathered. ([5] Al-Ma'idah : 96)
