مَثَلُ الَّذِيْنَ حُمِّلُوا التَّوْرٰىةَ ثُمَّ لَمْ يَحْمِلُوْهَا كَمَثَلِ الْحِمَارِ يَحْمِلُ اَسْفَارًاۗ بِئْسَ مَثَلُ الْقَوْمِ الَّذِيْنَ كَذَّبُوْا بِاٰيٰتِ اللّٰهِ ۗوَاللّٰهُ لَا يَهْدِى الْقَوْمَ الظّٰلِمِيْنَ ( الجمعة: ٥ )
Mathalu allatheena hummiloo alttawrata thumma lam yahmilooha kamathali alhimari yahmilu asfaran bisa mathalu alqawmi allatheena kaththaboo biayati Allahi waAllahu la yahdee alqawma alththalimeena (al-Jumuʿah 62:5)

जिन लोगों पर तारात का बोझ डाला गया, किन्तु उन्होंने उसे न उठाया, उनकी मिसाल उस गधे की-सी है जो किताबे लादे हुए हो। बहुत ही बुरी मिसाल है उन लोगों की जिन्होंने अल्लाह की आयतों को झुठला दिया। अल्लाह ज़ालिमों को सीधा मार्ग नहीं दिखाया करता
English Sahih:
The example of those who were entrusted with the Torah and then did not take it on is like that of a donkey who carries volumes [of books]. Wretched is the example of the people who deny the signs of Allah. And Allah does not guide the wrongdoing people. ([62] Al-Jumu'ah : 5)
