كَدَأْبِ اٰلِ فِرْعَوْنَۙ وَالَّذِيْنَ مِنْ قَبْلِهِمْۚ كَذَّبُوْا بِاٰيٰتِ رَبِّهِمْ فَاَهْلَكْنٰهُمْ بِذُنُوْبِهِمْ وَاَغْرَقْنَآ اٰلَ فِرْعَوْنَۚ وَكُلٌّ كَانُوْا ظٰلِمِيْنَ ( الأنفال: ٥٤ )
Kadabi ali fir'awna waallatheena min qablihim kaththaboo biayati rabbihim faahlaknahum bithunoobihim waaghraqna ala fir'awna wakullun kanoo thalimeena (al-ʾAnfāl 8:54)

जैसे फ़िरऔनियों और उनसे पहले के लोगों का हाल हुआ। उन्होंने अपने रब की आयतों को झुठलाया तो हमने उन्हें उनके गुनाहों के बदले में विनष्ट कर दिया और फ़िरऔनियों को डूबो दिया। ये सभी अत्याचारी थे
English Sahih:
[Theirs is] like the custom of the people of Pharaoh and of those before them. They denied the signs of their Lord, so We destroyed them for their sins, and We drowned the people of Pharaoh. And all [of them] were wrongdoers. ([8] Al-Anfal : 54)
