لَا يَرْقُبُوْنَ فِيْ مُؤْمِنٍ اِلًّا وَّلَا ذِمَّةً ۗوَاُولٰۤىِٕكَ هُمُ الْمُعْتَدُوْنَ ( التوبة: ١٠ )
Not
لَا
नहीं वो लिहाज़ करते
they respect (the ties)
يَرْقُبُونَ
नहीं वो लिहाज़ करते
towards
فِى
किसी मोमिन (के बारे में)
a believer
مُؤْمِنٍ
किसी मोमिन (के बारे में)
(of) kinship
إِلًّا
किसी क़राबत का
and not
وَلَا
और ना
covenant of protection
ذِمَّةًۚ
किसी मुआहिदे का
And those
وَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ
और यही लोग हैं
[they]
هُمُ
वो
(are) the transgressors
ٱلْمُعْتَدُونَ
जो हद से बढ़ने वाले हैं
La yarquboona fee muminin illan wala thimmatan waolaika humu almu'tadoona (at-Tawbah 9:10)

किसी मोमिन के बारे में न तो नाते-रिश्ते का ख़याल रखते है और न किसी अभिवचन का। वही लोग है जिन्होंने सीमा का उल्लंघन किया
English Sahih:
They do not observe toward a believer any pact of kinship or covenant of protection. And it is they who are the transgressors. ([9] At-Tawbah : 10)
