Surah [16] An-Nahl : 76
ARBNDEENIDTRUR

وَضَرَبَ اللّٰهُ مَثَلاً رَّجُلَيۡنِ اَحَدُهُمَاۤ اَبۡكَمُ لَا يَقۡدِرُ عَلٰى شَىۡءٍ وَّهُوَ كَلٌّ عَلٰى مَوۡلٰٮهُۙ اَيۡنَمَا يُوَجِّههُّ لَا يَاۡتِ بِخَيۡرٍ‌ؕ هَلۡ يَسۡتَوِىۡ هُوَۙ وَمَنۡ يَّاۡمُرُ بِالۡعَدۡلِ‌ۙ وَهُوَ عَلٰى صِرَاطٍ مُّسۡتَقِيۡمٍ(النحل :76)

وَضَرَبَ
And Allah sets forth
ٱللَّهُ
And Allah sets forth
مَثَلًا
an example
رَّجُلَيْنِ
(of) two men
أَحَدُهُمَآ
one of them
أَبْكَمُ
(is) dumb
لَا
not
يَقْدِرُ
he has power
عَلَىٰ
on
شَىْءٍ
anything
وَهُوَ
while he
كَلٌّ
(is) a burden
عَلَىٰ
on
مَوْلَىٰهُ
his master
أَيْنَمَا
Wherever
يُوَجِّههُّ
he directs him
لَا
not
يَأْتِ
he comes
بِخَيْرٍۖ
with any good
هَلْ
Is
يَسْتَوِى
equal
هُوَ
he
وَمَن
and (the one) who
يَأْمُرُ
commands
بِٱلْعَدْلِۙ
[of] justice
وَهُوَ
and he
عَلَىٰ
(is) on
صِرَٰطٍ
a path
مُّسْتَقِيمٍ
straight?

Wadaraba Allahu mathalan rajulayni ahaduhuma abkamu la yaqdiru 'ala shayin wahuwa kallun 'ala mawlahu aynama yuwajjihhu la yati bikhayrin hal yastawee huwa waman yamuru bial'adli wahuwa 'ala siratin mustaqeemin

Sahih International:

And Allah presents an example of two men, one of them dumb and unable to do a thing, while he is a burden to his guardian. Wherever he directs him, he brings no good. Is he equal to one who commands justice, while he is on a straight path?
