Surah [2] Al-Baqara : 283
ARBNDEENIDTRUR

وَاِنۡ كُنۡتُمۡ عَلٰى سَفَرٍ وَّلَمۡ تَجِدُوۡا كَاتِبًا فَرِهٰنٌ مَّقۡبُوۡضَةٌ ‌ ؕ فَاِنۡ اَمِنَ بَعۡضُكُمۡ بَعۡضًا فَلۡيُؤَدِّ الَّذِى اؤۡتُمِنَ اَمَانَـتَهٗ وَلۡيَتَّقِ اللّٰهَ رَبَّهٗ‌ؕ وَلَا تَكۡتُمُوا الشَّهَادَةَ ‌ ؕ وَمَنۡ يَّكۡتُمۡهَا فَاِنَّهٗۤ اٰثِمٌ قَلۡبُهٗ‌ؕ وَ اللّٰهُ بِمَا تَعۡمَلُوۡنَ عَلِيۡمٌ(البقرة :283)

وَإِن
And if
كُنتُمْ
you are
عَلَىٰ
on
سَفَرٍ
a journey
وَلَمْ
and not
تَجِدُوا۟
you find
كَاتِبًا
a scribe
فَرِهَٰنٌ
then pledge
مَّقْبُوضَةٌۖ
in hand
فَإِنْ
Then if
أَمِنَ
entrusts
بَعْضُكُم
one of you
بَعْضًا
(to) another
فَلْيُؤَدِّ
then let discharge
ٱلَّذِى
the one who
ٱؤْتُمِنَ
is entrusted
أَمَٰنَتَهُۥ
his trust
وَلْيَتَّقِ
And let him fear
ٱللَّهَ
Allah
رَبَّهُۥۗ
his Lord
وَلَا
And (do) not
تَكْتُمُوا۟
conceal
ٱلشَّهَٰدَةَۚ
the evidence
وَمَن
And whoever
يَكْتُمْهَا
conceals it
فَإِنَّهُۥٓ
then indeed he
ءَاثِمٌ
(is) sinful -
قَلْبُهُۥۗ
his heart
وَٱللَّهُ
And Allah
بِمَا
of what
تَعْمَلُونَ
you do
عَلِيمٌ
(is) All-Knower

Wain kuntum 'ala safarin walam tajidoo katiban farihanun maqboodatun fain amina ba'dukum ba'dan falyuaddi allathee itumina amanatahu walyattaqi Allaha rabbahu wala taktumoo alshshahadata waman yaktumha fainnahu athimun qalbuhu waAllahu bima ta'maloona 'aleemun

Sahih International:

And if you are on a journey and cannot find a scribe, then a security deposit [should be] taken. And if one of you entrusts another, then let him who is entrusted discharge his trust [faithfully] and let him fear Allah, his Lord. And do not conceal testimony, for whoever conceals it - his heart is indeed sinful, and Allah is Knowing of what you do.
