Surah [17] Al-Isra' : 13

وَكُلَّ اِنۡسَانٍ اَلۡزَمۡنٰهُ طٰۤٮِٕرَهٗ فِىۡ عُنُقِهٖ‌ؕ وَنُخۡرِجُ لَهٗ يَوۡمَ الۡقِيٰمَةِ كِتٰبًا يَّلۡقٰٮهُ مَنۡشُوۡرًا‏(الإسراء :13)

وَكُلَّ
And (for) every
إِنسَٰنٍ
man
أَلْزَمْنَٰهُ
We have fastened to him
طَٰٓئِرَهُۥ
his fate
فِى
in
عُنُقِهِۦۖ
his neck
وَنُخْرِجُ
and We will bring forth
لَهُۥ
for him
يَوْمَ
(on the) Day
ٱلْقِيَٰمَةِ
(of) the Resurrection
كِتَٰبًا
a record
يَلْقَىٰهُ
which he will find
مَنشُورًا
wide open

Wakulla insanin alzamnahu tairahu fee 'unuqihi wanukhriju lahu yawma alqiyamati kitaban yalqahu manshooran

Sahih International:

And [for] every person We have imposed his fate upon his neck, and We will produce for him on the Day of Resurrection a record which he will encounter spread open.
