ثُمَّ كَانَ عَاقِبَةَ الَّذِيۡنَ اَسَآءُوا السُّوۡٓآٰى اَنۡ كَذَّبُوۡا بِاٰيٰتِ اللّٰهِ وَكَانُوۡا بِهَا يَسۡتَهۡزِءُوۡنَ(الروم :10)
ثُمَّ
Then
كَانَ
was
عَٰقِبَةَ
(the) end
ٱلَّذِينَ
(of) those who
أَسَٰٓـُٔوا۟
did evil -
ٱلسُّوٓأَىٰٓ
the evil
أَن
because
كَذَّبُوا۟
they denied
بِـَٔايَٰتِ
(the) Signs
ٱللَّهِ
(of) Allah
وَكَانُوا۟
and were
بِهَا
of them
يَسْتَهْزِءُونَ
making mockery
Thumma kana 'aqibata allatheena asaoo alssooa an kaththaboo biayati Allahi wakanoo biha yastahzioona
Sahih International:
Then the end of those who did evil was the worst [consequence] because they denied the signs of Allah and used to ridicule them.
