Surah [41] Fussilat : 12
ARBNDEENIDTRUR

فَقَضٰٮهُنَّ سَبۡعَ سَمٰوَاتٍ فِىۡ يَوۡمَيۡنِ وَاَوۡحٰى فِىۡ كُلِّ سَمَآءٍ اَمۡرَهَا‌ ؕ وَزَ يَّـنَّـا السَّمَآءَ الدُّنۡيَا بِمَصَابِيۡحَ ‌ۖ وَحِفۡظًا ‌ؕ ذٰ لِكَ تَقۡدِيۡرُ الۡعَزِيۡزِ الۡعَلِيۡمِ(فصلت :12)

فَقَضَىٰهُنَّ
Then He completed them
سَبْعَ
(as) seven
سَمَٰوَاتٍ
heavens
فِى
in
يَوْمَيْنِ
two periods
وَأَوْحَىٰ
and He revealed
فِى
in
كُلِّ
each
سَمَآءٍ
heaven
أَمْرَهَاۚ
its affair
وَزَيَّنَّا
And We adorned
ٱلسَّمَآءَ
the heaven
ٱلدُّنْيَا
the nearest
بِمَصَٰبِيحَ
with lamps
وَحِفْظًاۚ
and (to) guard
ذَٰلِكَ
That
تَقْدِيرُ
(is the) Decree
ٱلْعَزِيزِ
(of) the All-Mighty
ٱلْعَلِيمِ
the All-Knower

Faqadahunna sab'a samawatin fee yawmayni waawha fee kulli samain amraha wazayyanna alssamaa alddunya bimasabeeha wahifthan thalika taqdeeru al'azeezi al'aleemi

Sahih International:

And He completed them as seven heavens within two days and inspired in each heaven its command. And We adorned the nearest heaven with lamps and as protection. That is the determination of the Exalted in Might, the Knowing.
