وَمَآ اَنْزَلْنَا عَلَيْكَ الْكِتٰبَ اِلَّا لِتُبَيِّنَ لَهُمُ الَّذِى اخْتَلَفُوْا فِيْهِۙ وَهُدًى وَّرَحْمَةً لِّقَوْمٍ يُّؤْمِنُوْنَ ( النحل: ٦٤ )
wamā anzalnā
وَمَآ أَنزَلْنَا
And not We revealed
നാം ഇറക്കിയിട്ടില്ല
ʿalayka
عَلَيْكَ
to you
നിന്റെ മേല്‍, നിനക്കു
l-kitāba
ٱلْكِتَٰبَ
the Book
(വേദ) ഗ്രന്ഥം
illā litubayyina
إِلَّا لِتُبَيِّنَ
except that you make clear
നീ വിവരിച്ചുകൊടുക്കുവാന്‍ വേണ്ടിയല്ലാതെ
lahumu
لَهُمُ
to them
അവര്‍ക്കു
alladhī
ٱلَّذِى
that which
യാതൊന്നിനെ
ikh'talafū
ٱخْتَلَفُوا۟
they differed
അവര്‍ ഭിന്നിച്ചു, അഭിപ്രായവ്യത്യാസമായി
fīhi
فِيهِۙ
in it
അതില്‍
wahudan
وَهُدًى
and (as) a guidance
മാര്‍ഗ്ഗദര്‍ശന (സന്മാര്‍ഗ്ഗ)മായും
waraḥmatan
وَرَحْمَةً
and mercy
കാരുണ്യമായും
liqawmin
لِّقَوْمٍ
for a people
ജനങ്ങള്‍ക്ക്
yu'minūna
يُؤْمِنُونَ
who believe
അവര്‍ വിശ്വസിക്കുന്നു
Wa maaa anzalnaa 'alaikal Kitaaba illaa litubaiyina lahumul lazikh talafoo feehi wa hudanw wa rahmatal liqawminy yu'minoon (an-Naḥl 16:64)
English Sahih:
And We have not revealed to you the Book, [O Muhammad], except for you to make clear to them that wherein they have differed and as guidance and mercy for a people who believe. (An-Nahl [16] : 64)

നിനക്കു നാം വേദപുസ്തകം ഇറക്കിത്തന്നത് അവര്‍ക്കിടയില്‍ അഭിപ്രായ ഭിന്നതകളുള്ള കാര്യങ്ങളുടെ യാഥാര്‍ഥ്യം അവര്‍ക്ക് വിവരിച്ചുകൊടുക്കാനാണ്. വിശ്വസിക്കുന്ന ജനത്തിന് നേര്‍വഴി കാട്ടാനും. ഒപ്പം അനുഗ്രഹമായും. (അന്നഹ്ല്‍ [16] : 64)
