وَاسْتَعِيْنُوْا بِالصَّبْرِ وَالصَّلٰوةِ ۗ وَاِنَّهَا لَكَبِيْرَةٌ اِلَّا عَلَى الْخٰشِعِيْنَۙ ( البقرة: ٤٥ )
wa-is'taʿīnū
وَٱسْتَعِينُوا۟
And seek help
നിങ്ങള് സഹായം തേടുവിന്
bil-ṣabri
بِٱلصَّبْرِ
through patience
ക്ഷമകൊണ്ട്
wal-ṣalati
وَٱلصَّلَوٰةِۚ
and the prayer;
നമസ്കാരവും
wa-innahā
وَإِنَّهَا
and indeed it
നിശ്ചയമായും അത്
lakabīratun
لَكَبِيرَةٌ
(is) surely difficult
ഒരു വലിയത് (കാര്യം) തന്നെ
illā
إِلَّا
except
ഒഴികെ
ʿalā l-khāshiʿīna
عَلَى ٱلْخَٰشِعِينَ
on the humble ones
ഭക്തന്മാരുടെ മേല്, വിനീതന്മാര്ക്ക്
Wasta'eenoo bissabri was Salaah; wa innahaa lakabee ratun illaa alal khaashi'een (al-Baq̈arah 2:45)
English Sahih:
And seek help through patience and prayer; and indeed, it is difficult except for the humbly submissive [to Allah] (Al-Baqarah [2] : 45)

സഹനത്തിലൂടെയും നമസ്കാരത്തിലൂടെയും ദിവ്യസഹായം തേടുക. നമസ്കാരം വലിയ ഭാരം തന്നെ; ഭക്തന്മാര്ക്കൊഴികെ. (അല്ബഖറ [2] : 45)
