فَكَذَّبُوْهُ فَاَهْلَكْنٰهُمْۗ اِنَّ فِيْ ذٰلِكَ لَاٰيَةً ۗوَمَا كَانَ اَكْثَرُهُمْ مُّؤْمِنِيْنَ ( الشعراء: ١٣٩ )
fakadhabūhu
فَكَذَّبُوهُ
So they denied him
അങ്ങനെ അവരദ്ദേഹത്തെ കളവാക്കി, വ്യാജമാക്കി
fa-ahlaknāhum
فَأَهْلَكْنَٰهُمْۗ
then We destroyed them
അപ്പോള് നാമവരെ നശിപ്പിച്ചു
inna fī dhālika
إِنَّ فِى ذَٰلِكَ
Indeed in that
നിശ്ചയമായും അതിലുണ്ട്
laāyatan
لَءَايَةًۖ
surely is a sign
ഒരു ദൃഷ്ടാന്തം
wamā kāna
وَمَا كَانَ
but not are
ആയില്ല, അല്ല
aktharuhum
أَكْثَرُهُم
most of them
അവരില് അധികവും, മിക്കവരും
mu'minīna
مُّؤْمِنِينَ
believers
വിശ്വസിക്കുന്നവര്, വിശ്വാസികള്
Fakazzaboohu fa ahlaknaahum; inna fee zaalika la aayah; wa maa kaana aksaruhum mu'mineen (aš-Šuʿarāʾ 26:139)
English Sahih:
And they denied him, so We destroyed them. Indeed in that is a sign, but most of them were not to be believers. (Ash-Shu'ara [26] : 139)
Karakunnu/Elayavoor (കാരകുന്ന് & എളയാവൂര്):
അങ്ങനെ അവരദ്ദേഹത്തെ തള്ളിപ്പറഞ്ഞു. അതിനാല് നാമവരെ നശിപ്പിച്ചു. തീര്ച്ചയായും അതിലൊരു ദൃഷ്ടാന്തമുണ്ട്. എന്നിട്ടും അവരിലേറെപ്പേരും വിശ്വാസികളായില്ല. (അശ്ശുഅറാഅ് [26] : 139)
