وَلَقَدْ اٰتَيْنَا مُوْسَى الْكِتٰبَ مِنْۢ بَعْدِ مَآ اَهْلَكْنَا الْقُرُوْنَ الْاُوْلٰى بَصَاۤىِٕرَ لِلنَّاسِ وَهُدًى وَّرَحْمَةً لَّعَلَّهُمْ يَتَذَكَّرُوْنَ ( القصص: ٤٣ )
walaqad ātaynā
وَلَقَدْ ءَاتَيْنَا
And verily We gave
നാം കൊടുക്കുകയുണ്ടായി, നല്കിയിട്ടുണ്ട്

തലമുറകളെ, കാലക്കാരെ

ٱلْأُولَىٰ
former
പൂര്വ്വ, ആദ്യത്തെ, മുന്കഴിഞ്ഞ
baṣāira
بَصَآئِرَ
(as) an enlightenment
ഉള്ക്കാഴ്ചകളായി, അന്തര്ബോധങ്ങളായിട്ടു
lilnnāsi
لِلنَّاسِ
for the mankind
മനുഷ്യര്ക്കു
wahudan
وَهُدًى
and a guidance
മാര്ഗ്ഗദര്ശ നമായും
waraḥmatan
وَرَحْمَةً
and mercy
കാരുണ്യമായും
laʿallahum
لَّعَلَّهُمْ
that they may
അവരായേക്കാം
yatadhakkarūna
يَتَذَكَّرُونَ
remember
ചിന്തിക്കുന്ന, ഉറ്റാലോചിക്കുന്ന
Wa laqad aatainaa Moosal Kitaaba mim ba'di maaa ahlaknal quroonal oolaa basaaa'ira linnaasi wa hudanw wa rahmatal la'allahum yata zakkkaroon (al-Q̈aṣaṣ 28:43)
English Sahih:
And We gave Moses the Scripture, after We had destroyed the former generations, as enlightenment for the people and guidance and mercy that they might be reminded. (Al-Qasas [28] : 43)
Karakunnu/Elayavoor (കാരകുന്ന് & എളയാവൂര്):
മൂസാക്കു നാം വേദപുസ്തകം നല്കി. മുന്തലമുറകളെ നശിപ്പിച്ചശേഷമാണത്. ജനങ്ങള്ക്ക് ഉള്ക്കാഴ്ചയും നേര്വഴിയും അനുഗ്രഹവുമായാണത്. ഒരു വേള, അവര് ചിന്തിച്ചു മനസ്സിലാക്കിയെങ്കിലോ. (അല്ഖസ്വസ്വ് [28] : 43)
