وَاِذَا يُتْلٰى عَلَيْهِمْ قَالُوْٓا اٰمَنَّا بِهٖٓ اِنَّهُ الْحَقُّ مِنْ رَّبِّنَآ اِنَّا كُنَّا مِنْ قَبْلِهٖ مُسْلِمِيْنَ ( القصص: ٥٣ )
wa-idhā yut'lā
وَإِذَا يُتْلَىٰ
And when it is recited
ഇത് ഓതിക്കൊടുക്കപ്പെടുന്നതായാല്
ʿalayhim
عَلَيْهِمْ
to them
അവര്ക്കു
qālū
قَالُوٓا۟
they say
അവര് പറയും
āmannā bihi
ءَامَنَّا بِهِۦٓ
"We believe in it
ഞങ്ങള് ഇതില് വിശ്വസിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു
innahu
إِنَّهُ
Indeed, it
നിശ്ചയമായും ഇതു
l-ḥaqu
ٱلْحَقُّ
(is) the truth
യഥാര്ത്ഥമാണ്
min rabbinā
مِن رَّبِّنَآ
from our Lord
നമ്മുടെ റബ്ബിങ്കല് നിന്നുള്ള
innā kunnā
إِنَّا كُنَّا
Indeed, we [we] were
നിശ്ചയമായും ഞങ്ങളായിരിക്കുന്നു
min qablihi
مِن قَبْلِهِۦ
before it before it
ഇതിനുമുമ്പായി
mus'limīna
مُسْلِمِينَ
Muslims"
മുസ്ലിംകള്
Wa izaa yutlaa 'alaihim qaaloo aamannaa biheee innahul haqqu mir rabbinaaa innaa kunnaa min qablihee muslimeen (al-Q̈aṣaṣ 28:53)
English Sahih:
And when it is recited to them, they say, "We have believed in it; indeed, it is the truth from our Lord. Indeed we were, [even] before it, Muslims [i.e., submitting to Allah]." (Al-Qasas [28] : 53)
Karakunnu/Elayavoor (കാരകുന്ന് & എളയാവൂര്):
ഇത് അവരെ ഓതിക്കേള്പ്പിച്ചാല് അവര് പറയും: ''ഞങ്ങളിതില് വിശ്വസിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. സംശയമില്ല; ഇതു ഞങ്ങളുടെ നാഥനില് നിന്നുള്ള സത്യം തന്നെ. തീര്ച്ചയായും ഇതിനു മുമ്പുതന്നെ ഞങ്ങള് മുസ്ലിംകളായിരുന്നുവല്ലോ.'' (അല്ഖസ്വസ്വ് [28] : 53)
