يٰٓاَهْلَ الْكِتٰبِ لِمَ تَكْفُرُوْنَ بِاٰيٰتِ اللّٰهِ وَاَنْتُمْ تَشْهَدُوْنَ ( آل عمران: ٧٠ )
yāahla l-kitābi
يَٰٓأَهْلَ ٱلْكِتَٰبِ
O People (of) the Book!
വേദക്കാരേ
lima takfurūna
لِمَ تَكْفُرُونَ
Why do you deny
എന്തിനാണ് നിങ്ങള് അവിശ്വസിക്കുന്നത്
biāyāti l-lahi
بِـَٔايَٰتِ ٱللَّهِ
[in] the Signs (of) Allah
അല്ലാഹുവിന്റെ ആയത്ത് (ലക്ഷ്യം- ദൃഷ്ടാന്തം)കളില്
wa-antum
وَأَنتُمْ
while you
നിങ്ങളാകട്ടെ
tashhadūna
تَشْهَدُونَ
bear witness?
സാക്ഷ്യം വഹിക്കുന്നു (താനും)
Yaaa Ahlal Kitaabi lima takfuroona bi Aayaatil laahi wan antum tashadoon (ʾĀl ʿImrān 3:70)
English Sahih:
O People of the Scripture, why do you disbelieve in the verses of Allah while you witness [to their truth]? (Ali 'Imran [3] : 70)
