لَخَلْقُ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالْاَرْضِ اَكْبَرُ مِنْ خَلْقِ النَّاسِ وَلٰكِنَّ اَكْثَرَ النَّاسِ لَا يَعْلَمُوْنَ ( غافر: ٥٧ )
lakhalqu l-samāwāti
لَخَلْقُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
Surely (the) creation (of) the heavens
ആകാശങ്ങളെ സൃഷ്ടിക്കൽ
wal-arḍi
وَٱلْأَرْضِ
and the earth
ഭൂമിയും
akbaru
أَكْبَرُ
(is) greater
അധികം വലുതു (തന്നെ)
min khalqi l-nāsi
مِنْ خَلْقِ ٱلنَّاسِ
than (the) creation (of) the mankind
മനുഷ്യരെ സൃഷ്ടിക്കുന്നതിനേക്കാൾ
walākinna
وَلَٰكِنَّ
but
എങ്കിലും, പക്ഷെ
akthara l-nāsi
أَكْثَرَ ٱلنَّاسِ
most (of) the people
മനുഷ്യരിൽ അധികവും
lā yaʿlamūna
لَا يَعْلَمُونَ
(do) not know
അറിയുന്നില്ല
Lakhalqus samaawaati wal ardi akbaru min khalqin naasi wa laakinna aksaran naasi laa ya'lamoon (Ghāfir 40:57)
English Sahih:
The creation of the heavens and earth is greater than the creation of mankind, but most of the people do not know. (Ghafir [40] : 57)
Karakunnu/Elayavoor (കാരകുന്ന് & എളയാവൂര്):
ആകാശഭൂമികളുടെ സൃഷ്ടി മനുഷ്യസൃഷ്ടിയെക്കാള് എത്രയോ വലിയ കാര്യമാണ്. പക്ഷേ, അധികമാളുകളും അതറിയുന്നില്ല. (ഗാഫിര് [40] : 57)
