۞ وَهُوَ الَّذِيْٓ اَنْشَاَ جَنّٰتٍ مَّعْرُوْشٰتٍ وَّغَيْرَ مَعْرُوْشٰتٍ وَّالنَّخْلَ وَالزَّرْعَ مُخْتَلِفًا اُكُلُهٗ وَالزَّيْتُوْنَ وَالرُّمَّانَ مُتَشَابِهًا وَّغَيْرَ مُتَشَابِهٍۗ كُلُوْا مِنْ ثَمَرِهٖٓ اِذَآ اَثْمَرَ وَاٰتُوْا حَقَّهٗ يَوْمَ حَصَادِهٖۖ وَلَا تُسْرِفُوْا ۗاِنَّهٗ لَا يُحِبُّ الْمُسْرِفِيْنَۙ ( الأنعام: ١٤١ )
Wa Huwal lazee ansha-a jannaatim ma'rooshaatinw wa ghaira ma'rooshaatinw wan nakhla wazzar'a mukhtalifan ukuluhoo wazzaitoona warrum maana mutashaabihanw wa ghaira mutashaabih; kuloo min samariheee izaaa asmara wa aatoo haqqahoo yawma hasaadihee wa laa tusrifoo; innahoo laa yuhibbul musrifeen (al-ʾAnʿām 6:141)
English Sahih:
And He it is who causes gardens to grow, [both] trellised and untrellised, and palm trees and crops of different [kinds of] food and olives and pomegranates, similar and dissimilar. Eat of [each of] its fruit when it yields and give its due [Zakah] on the day of its harvest. And be not excessive. Indeed, He does not like those who commit excess. (Al-An'am [6] : 141)

പന്തലില് പടര്ത്തുന്നതും അല്ലാത്തതുമായ ഉദ്യാനങ്ങള്; ഈത്തപ്പനകള്; പലതരം കായ്കനികളുള്ള കൃഷികള്; പരസ്പരം സമാനത തോന്നുന്നതും എന്നാല് വ്യത്യസ്തങ്ങളുമായ ഒലീവും റുമ്മാനും എല്ലാം സൃഷ്ടിച്ചുണ്ടാക്കിയത് അല്ലാഹുവാണ്. അവ കായ്ക്കുമ്പോള് പഴങ്ങള് തിന്നുകൊള്ളുക. വിളവെടുപ്പുകാലത്ത് അതിന്റെ ബാധ്യത അഥവാ സകാത്ത് കൊടുത്തുതീര്ക്കുക. എന്നാല് അമിതവ്യയം അരുത്. അതിരുകവിയുന്നവരെ അല്ലാഹു ഇഷ്ടപ്പെടുന്നില്ല. (അല്അന്ആം [6] : 141)

പന്തലില് പടര്ത്തപ്പെട്ടതും അല്ലാത്തതുമായ തോട്ടങ്ങളും, ഈന്തപ്പനകളും, വിവധതരം കനികളുള്ള കൃഷികളും, പരസ്പരം തുല്യത തോന്നുന്നതും എന്നാല് സാദൃശ്യമില്ലാത്തതുമായ നിലയില് ഒലീവും മാതളവും എല്ലാം സൃഷ്ടിച്ചുണ്ടാക്കിയത് അവനാകുന്നു. അവയോരോന്നും കായ്ക്കുമ്പോള് അതിന്റെ ഫലങ്ങളില് നിന്ന് നിങ്ങള് ഭക്ഷിച്ച് കൊള്ളുക. അതിന്റെ വിളവെടുപ്പ് ദിവസം അതിലുള്ള ബാധ്യത നിങ്ങള് കൊടുത്ത് വീട്ടുകയും ചെയ്യുക. നിങ്ങള് ദുര്വ്യയം ചെയ്യരുത്. തീര്ച്ചയായും ദുര്വ്യയം ചെയ്യുന്നവരെ അല്ലാഹു ഇഷ്ടപ്പെടുകയില്ല.
