يٰٓاَيُّهَا الَّذِيْنَ اٰمَنُوْا لَا تُلْهِكُمْ اَمْوَالُكُمْ وَلَآ اَوْلَادُكُمْ عَنْ ذِكْرِ اللّٰهِ ۚوَمَنْ يَّفْعَلْ ذٰلِكَ فَاُولٰۤىِٕكَ هُمُ الْخٰسِرُوْنَ ( المنافقون: ٩ )
yāayyuhā alladhīna āmanū
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟
O! you (who)! believe!
ഹേ വിശ്വസിച്ചവരെ
lā tul'hikum
لَا تُلْهِكُمْ
(Let) not divert you
നിങ്ങളെ അശ്രദ്ധയിലാക്കരുത്, മിനക്കെടുത്താതിരിക്കട്ടെ
amwālukum
أَمْوَٰلُكُمْ
your wealth
നിങ്ങളുടെ സ്വത്തുക്കൾ
walā awlādukum
وَلَآ أَوْلَٰدُكُمْ
and not your children
നിങ്ങളുടെ മക്കളും
ʿan dhik'ri l-lahi
عَن ذِكْرِ ٱللَّهِۚ
from (the) remembrance (of) Allah
അല്ലാഹുവിന്റെ സ്മരണയിൽനിന്നു
waman yafʿal
وَمَن يَفْعَلْ
And whoever does
ആരെങ്കിലും ചെയ്താൽ, ആർ ചെയ്തുവോ
dhālika
ذَٰلِكَ
that
അതു (അപ്രകാരം)
fa-ulāika humu
فَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ
then those [they]
എന്നാൽ അക്കൂട്ടർ തന്നെ
l-khāsirūna
ٱلْخَٰسِرُونَ
(are) the losers
നഷ്ടപ്പെട്ടവർ
Yaaa ayyuhal lazeena aamanoo la tulhikum amwaalukum wa laa awlaadukum 'anzikril laah; wa mai-yaf'al zaalika fa-ulaaa'ika humul khaasiroon (al-Munāfiq̈ūn 63:9)
English Sahih:
O you who have believed, let not your wealth and your children divert you from the remembrance of Allah. And whoever does that – then those are the losers. (Al-Munafiqun [63] : 9)

വിശ്വസിച്ചവരേ, നിങ്ങളുടെ സമ്പത്തും സന്താനങ്ങളും ദൈവചിന്തയില്‍നിന്ന് നിങ്ങളെ അശ്രദ്ധരാക്കാതിരിക്കട്ടെ. ആര്‍ അങ്ങനെ ചെയ്യുന്നുവോ, അവരത്രെ നഷ്ടം പറ്റിയവര്‍. (അല്‍മുനാഫിഖൂന്‍ [63] : 9)
