وَاِلٰى ثَمُوْدَ اَخَاهُمْ صٰلِحًاۘ قَالَ يٰقَوْمِ اعْبُدُوا اللّٰهَ مَا لَكُمْ مِّنْ اِلٰهٍ غَيْرُهٗۗ قَدْ جَاۤءَتْكُمْ بَيِّنَةٌ مِّنْ رَّبِّكُمْۗ هٰذِهٖ نَاقَةُ اللّٰهِ لَكُمْ اٰيَةً فَذَرُوْهَا تَأْكُلْ فِيْٓ اَرْضِ اللّٰهِ وَلَا تَمَسُّوْهَا بِسُوْۤءٍ فَيَأْخُذَكُمْ عَذَابٌ اَلِيْمٌ ( الأعراف: ٧٣ )
Wa ilaa Samooda akhaahum Saalihaa; qaala yaa qawmi' budul laaha maa lakum min ilaahin ghairuhoo qad jaaa'atkum baiyinatum mir Rabbikum haazihee naaqatul laahi lakum Aayatan fazaroohaa taakul feee ardil laahi wa laa tamassoohaa bisooo'in fa yaakhuzakum 'azaabun aleem (al-ʾAʿrāf 7:73)
English Sahih:
And to the Thamud [We sent] their brother Saleh. He said, "O my people, worship Allah; you have no deity other than Him. There has come to you clear evidence from your Lord. This is the she-camel of Allah [sent] to you as a sign. So leave her to eat within Allah's land and do not touch her with harm, lest there seize you a painful punishment. (Al-A'raf [7] : 73)
Karakunnu/Elayavoor (കാരകുന്ന് & എളയാവൂര്):
സമൂദ്സമുദായത്തിലേക്ക് നാം അവരുടെ സഹോദരന് സ്വാലിഹിനെ അയച്ചു. അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു: ''എന്റെ ജനമേ, നിങ്ങള് അല്ലാഹുവിനു വഴിപ്പെടുക. അവനല്ലാതെ നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് ദൈവമില്ല. നിങ്ങളുടെ നാഥനില് നിന്നുള്ള വ്യക്തമായ തെളിവ് നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് വന്നെത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. അല്ലാഹുവിന്റെ ഈ ഒട്ടകം നിങ്ങള്ക്കുള്ള ദൃഷ്ടാന്തമാണ്. അതിനാല് അതിനെ വിട്ടേക്കുക. അത് അല്ലാഹുവിന്റെ ഭൂമിയില് തിന്നുനടക്കട്ടെ. നിങ്ങളതിന് ഒരു ദ്രോഹവും വരുത്തരുത്. അങ്ങനെ ചെയ്താല് നോവേറിയ ശിക്ഷ നിങ്ങളെ പിടികൂടും. (അല്അഅ്റാഫ് [7] : 73)
1 Abdul Hameed/Parappoor (അബ്ദുല് ഹമീദ് & പറപ്പൂര്)
ഥമൂദ് സമുദായത്തിലേക്ക് അവരുടെ സഹോദരന് സ്വാലിഹിനെയും (നാം അയച്ചു.) അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു: 'എന്റെ ജനങ്ങളേ, നിങ്ങള് അല്ലാഹുവിനെ ആരാധിക്കുവിന്. അവനല്ലാതെ ആരാധനക്കർഹനായി മറ്റാരും നിങ്ങള്ക്കില്ല. നിങ്ങളുടെ രക്ഷിതാവിങ്കല് നിന്നു വ്യക്തമായ ഒരു തെളിവ് നിങ്ങള്ക്കു വന്നിട്ടുണ്ട്. നിങ്ങള്ക്കൊരു ദൃഷ്ടാന്തമായിട്ട് അല്ലാഹുവിന്റെ ഒട്ടകമാണിത്. ആകയാല് അല്ലാഹുവിന്റെ ഭൂമിയില് (നടന്നു) തിന്നുവാന് നിങ്ങള് അതിനെ വിട്ടേക്കുക. നിങ്ങളതിന് ഒരു ഉപദ്രവവും ചെയ്യരുത്. എങ്കില് വേദനയേറിയ ശിക്ഷ നിങ്ങളെ പിടികൂടും.'
