وَاِنْ نَّكَثُوْٓا اَيْمَانَهُمْ مِّنْۢ بَعْدِ عَهْدِهِمْ وَطَعَنُوْا فِيْ دِيْنِكُمْ فَقَاتِلُوْٓا اَىِٕمَّةَ الْكُفْرِۙ اِنَّهُمْ لَآ اَيْمَانَ لَهُمْ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَنْتَهُوْنَ ( التوبة: ١٢ )
Wa in nakasooo aimaanahum mim ba'di 'ahdihim wa ta'anoo fee deenikum faqaatilooo a'immatal kufri innahum laaa aimaana lahum la'allahum yantahoon (at-Tawbah 9:12)
English Sahih:
And if they break their oaths after their treaty and defame your religion, then combat the leaders of disbelief, for indeed, there are no oaths [sacred] to them; [fight them that] they might cease. (At-Tawbah [9] : 12)
Karakunnu/Elayavoor (കാരകുന്ന് & എളയാവൂര്):
അഥവാ, അവര് കരാര് ചെയ്തശേഷം തങ്ങളുടെ ശപഥങ്ങള് ലംഘിക്കുകയും നിങ്ങളുടെ മതത്തെ അവഹേളിക്കുകയുമാണെങ്കില് സത്യനിഷേധത്തിന്റെ തലമൂപ്പന്മാരോട് നിങ്ങള് യുദ്ധം ചെയ്യുക. കാരണം അവരുടെ പ്രതിജ്ഞകള്ക്ക് ഒരര്ഥവുമില്ല; തീര്ച്ച. ഒരുവേള അവര് വിരമിച്ചെങ്കിലോ. (അത്തൗബ [9] : 12)

ഇനി അവര് കരാറില് ഏര്പെട്ടതിന് ശേഷം തങ്ങളുടെ ശപഥങ്ങള് ലംഘിക്കുകയും, നിങ്ങളുടെ മതത്തെ പരിഹസിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുകയാണെങ്കില് സത്യനിഷേധത്തിന്റെ നേതാക്കളോട് നിങ്ങള് യുദ്ധം ചെയ്യുക. തീര്ച്ചയായും അവര്ക്ക് ശപഥങ്ങളേയില്ല.[1] അവര് വിരമിച്ചേക്കാം.
[1] ശപഥം ചെയ്ത കാര്യം നിറവേറ്റുന്ന സമ്പ്രദായം തന്നെ അവര്ക്കില്ലെന്നര്ത്ഥം.
