فَمَا كَانَ جَوَابَ قَوْمِهٖٓ اِلَّآ اَنْ قَالُوا اقْتُلُوْهُ اَوْ حَرِّقُوْهُ فَاَنْجٰىهُ اللّٰهُ مِنَ النَّارِۗ اِنَّ فِيْ ذٰلِكَ لَاٰيٰتٍ لِّقَوْمٍ يُّؤْمِنُوْنَ ( العنكبوت: ٢٤ )
Famaa kaana jawaaba qawmiheee illaaa an qaaluqtuloohu aw harriqoohu faanjaahul laahu minan naar; inna fee zaalika la Aayaatil laqawminy yu'minoon (al-ʿAnkabūt 29:24)
English Sahih:
And the answer of his [i.e., Abraham's] people was not but that they said, "Kill him or burn him," but Allah saved him from the fire. Indeed in that are signs for a people who believe. (Al-'Ankabut [29] : 24)
Sherif Ahmeti:
Po përgjegjja e popullit të tij nuk ishte tjetër vetëm të thotë: “Mbytnie atë (Ibrahimin) ose digjnie!” Mirëpo, All-llahu e shpëtoi atë prej zjarrit. Pë një popull që beson, këtu vërtet ka fakte bindëse (Al-'Ankabut [29] : 24)
