رَفِيْعُ الدَّرَجٰتِ ذُو الْعَرْشِۚ يُلْقِى الرُّوْحَ مِنْ اَمْرِهٖ عَلٰى مَنْ يَّشَاۤءُ مِنْ عِبَادِهٖ لِيُنْذِرَ يَوْمَ التَّلَاقِۙ ( غافر: ١٥ )

Rafee'ud darajaati zul 'Arshi yulqir rooha min amrihee 'alaa mai yashaaa'u min 'ibaadihee liyunzira yawmat talaaq (Ghāfir 40:15)
English Sahih:
[He is] the Exalted above [all] degrees, Owner of the Throne; He places the inspiration of His command [i.e., revelation] upon whom He wills of His servants to warn of the Day of Meeting. (Ghafir [40] : 15)
Sherif Ahmeti:
Ai (All-llahu) është i pozitës më të lartë, zoti i Arshit; Ai me urdhërin e vet ia sjell shpirtin (shpalljen) atij që do nga robërit e vet, për t’ua tërhequr vërejtjen ndaj ditës së takimit (të kijametit) (Ghafir [40] : 15)
