رَفِيْعُ الدَّرَجٰتِ ذُو الْعَرْشِۚ يُلْقِى الرُّوْحَ مِنْ اَمْرِهٖ عَلٰى مَنْ يَّشَاۤءُ مِنْ عِبَادِهٖ لِيُنْذِرَ يَوْمَ التَّلَاقِۙ ( غافر: ١٥ )

(Der) Inhaber
Possessor of the Highest Ranks
ٱلدَّرَجَٰتِ
der hohen Rangstufen,
Owner (of) the Throne
ذُو
Besitzer
Owner (of) the Throne
ٱلْعَرْشِ
des Throns
He places
يُلْقِى
er wirft
the inspiration
ٱلرُّوحَ
den Geist
by
مِنْ
von
His Command
أَمْرِهِۦ
seinem Befehl
upon
عَلَىٰ
auf
whom
مَن
wen
He wills
يَشَآءُ
er will
of
مِنْ
von
His slaves
عِبَادِهِۦ
seinen Dienern,
to warn
لِيُنذِرَ
damit er warnend ankündige
(of the) Day
يَوْمَ
(den) Tag
(of) the Meeting
ٱلتَّلَاقِ
der Begegnung.
Rafī`u Ad-Darajāti Dhū Al-`Arshi Yulqī Ar-Rūĥa Min 'Amrihi `Alaá Man Yashā'u Min `Ibādihi Liyundhira Yawma At-Talāqi. (Ghāfir 40:15)

English Sahih:
[He is] the Exalted above [all] degrees, Owner of the Throne; He places the inspiration of His command [i.e., revelation] upon whom He wills of His servants to warn of the Day of Meeting. ([40] Ghafir : 15)
