وَاِذَآ اَنْعَمْنَا عَلَى الْاِنْسَانِ اَعْرَضَ وَنَاٰ بِجَانِبِهٖۚ وَاِذَا مَسَّهُ الشَّرُّ فَذُوْ دُعَاۤءٍ عَرِيْضٍ ( فصلت: ٥١ )
wa-idhā
وَإِذَآ
And when

أَنْعَمْنَا
We bestow favor
lëshojmë begati
ʿalā
عَلَى
upon
mbi
l-insāni
ٱلْإِنسَٰنِ
man
njeriun
aʿraḍa
أَعْرَضَ
he turns away
ai e kthen shpinën
wanaā
وَنَـَٔا
and distances himself
dhe largohet
bijānibihi
بِجَانِبِهِۦ
and distances himself
në anën e tij.
wa-idhā
وَإِذَا
but when
por kur
massahu
مَسَّهُ
touches him
e prek atë
l-sharu
ٱلشَّرُّ
the evil
e keqja
fadhū
فَذُو
then (he is) full
atëherë (ai është) posedues
duʿāin
دُعَآءٍ
(of) supplication
i një lutje
ʿarīḍin
عَرِيضٍ
lengthy
të gjerë.
Wa izaaa an'amnaa 'alal insaani a'rada wa na-aa bijaani bihee wa izaa massahush sharru fazoo du'aaa'in 'areed (Fuṣṣilat 41:51)
English Sahih:
And when We bestow favor upon man, he turns away and distances himself; but when evil touches him, then he is full of extensive supplication. (Fussilat [41] : 51)
Sherif Ahmeti:
Ne kur e begatojmë njeriun, ai nuk falënderon dhe largohet, e kur e godet e keqja, ai përulet dhe lutet shumë (Fussilat [41] : 51)
