وَالَّذِيْنَ كَسَبُوا السَّيِّاٰتِ جَزَاۤءُ سَيِّئَةٍ ۢبِمِثْلِهَاۙ وَتَرْهَقُهُمْ ذِلَّةٌ ۗمَا لَهُمْ مِّنَ اللّٰهِ مِنْ عَاصِمٍۚ كَاَنَّمَآ اُغْشِيَتْ وُجُوْهُهُمْ قِطَعًا مِّنَ الَّيْلِ مُظْلِمًاۗ اُولٰۤىِٕكَ اَصْحٰبُ النَّارِ ۚهُمْ فِيْهَا خٰلِدُوْنَ ( يونس: ٢٧ )
Wallazeena kasabus saiyi aati jazaaa'u saiyi'atim bimislihaa wa tarhaquhum zillah; maa lahum minal laahi min 'aasimin ka annamaaa ughshiyat wujoohuhum qita 'am minal laili muzlimaa; ulaaa'ika Ashaabun Naari hum feeha khaalidoon (al-Yūnus 10:27)
Abdul Hameed Baqavi:
தீமைகளை எவர்கள் செய்தபோதிலும் தீமைக்குரிய கூலி அதைப்போன்ற தீமையே! அவர்களை நிந்தனையும் வந்தடையும். அல்லாஹ்வி(ன் வேதனையி)லிருந்து அவர்களை பாதுகாத்துக் கொள்பவர்கள் ஒருவருமில்லை. இருண்ட இரவின் ஒரு பாகம் வந்து சூழ்ந்து கொண்டதைப்போல் அவர்களுடைய முகங்கள் (கருப்பாகக்) காணப்படும். அவர்கள் நரகவாசிகள்தாம். அதில் அவர்கள் என்றென்றும் தங்கி விடுவார்கள்.
English Sahih:
But they who have earned [blame for] evil doings – the recompense of an evil deed is its equivalent, and humiliation will cover them. They will have from Allah no protector. It will be as if their faces are covered with pieces of the night – so dark [are they]. Those are the companions of the Fire; they will abide therein eternally. ([10] Yunus : 27)

ஆனால் தீமையைச் சம்பாதிப்பவர்களுக்கு, (அவர்கள் செய்த) தீமைக்குக் கூலியாக அதுபோன்ற தீமையாகும்! அவர்களை இழிவு சூழ்ந்து கொள்ளும்; அவர்களை அல்லாஹ்வின் (தண்டனையை) விட்டுக் காப்பாற்றுபவர் எவருமிலர்; இருண்ட இருளையுடைய இரவின் ஒருபாகம் அவர்கள் முகங்களைச் சூழ்ந்து சுற்றிக் கொள்ளப்பட்டது போல் (அவர்களின்) முகங்கள் காணப்படும். அவர்கள் நரக நெருப்புக்கு உரியவர்கள். அவர்கள் அங்கேயே என்றென்றும் இருப்பார்கள்.
