۞ اِنَّ شَرَّ الدَّوَاۤبِّ عِنْدَ اللّٰهِ الصُّمُّ الْبُكْمُ الَّذِيْنَ لَا يَعْقِلُوْنَ ( الأنفال: ٢٢ )
Indeed
إِنَّ
நிச்சயமாக
worst
شَرَّ
மிகக் கொடூரமானவர்(கள்)
(of) the living creatures
ٱلدَّوَآبِّ
ஊர்வனவற்றில்
near Allah
عِندَ ٱللَّهِ
அல்லாஹ்விடம்
(are) the deaf
ٱلصُّمُّ
செவிடர்கள்
the dumb -
ٱلْبُكْمُ
ஊமைகளான
those who (do) not use their intellect
ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يَعْقِلُونَ
எவர்கள்/சிந்தித்து புரியமாட்டார்கள்
Inna sharrad dawaaabbi 'indal laahis summul bukmul lazeena laa ya'qiloon (al-ʾAnfāl 8:22)

நிச்சயமாக அல்லாஹ்விடத்தில் கால்நடைகளில் மிகக் கேவலமானவை (எவையென்றால் சத்தியத்தை) அறிந்துகொள்ள முடியாத செவிடர்களும், ஊமையர்களும்தான்.
English Sahih:
Indeed, the worst of living creatures in the sight of Allah are the deaf and dumb who do not use reason [i.e., the disbelievers]. ([8] Al-Anfal : 22)
