يُرِيْدُوْنَ اَنْ يُّطْفِـُٔوْا نُوْرَ اللّٰهِ بِاَفْوَاهِهِمْ وَيَأْبَى اللّٰهُ اِلَّآ اَنْ يُّتِمَّ نُوْرَهٗ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ الْكٰفِرُوْنَ ( التوبة: ٣٢ )
They want
يُرِيدُونَ
நாடுகின்றனர்
to extinguish
أَن يُطْفِـُٔوا۟
அவர்கள் அணைப்பதற்கு
Allah's light
نُورَ
ஒளியை
Allah's light
ٱللَّهِ
அல்லாஹ்வுடைய
with their mouths
بِأَفْوَٰهِهِمْ
தங்கள் வாய்களைக் கொண்டு
but Allah refuses
وَيَأْبَى
மறுக்கிறான்
but Allah refuses
ٱللَّهُ
அல்லாஹ்
except
إِلَّآ
தவிர
to perfect
أَن يُتِمَّ
(அவன்) முழுமைப்படுத்துவதை
His Light
نُورَهُۥ
தன் ஒளியை
even if the disbelievers dislike (it)
وَلَوْ كَرِهَ
அவர்(கள்) வெறுத்தாலும்
the disbelievers dislike (it)
ٱلْكَٰفِرُونَ
நிராகரிப்பவர்கள்
Yureedoona ai yutfi'oo nooral laahi bi'afwaahihim wa yaaballaahu illaaa ai yutimma noorahoo wa law karihal kaafiroon (at-Tawbah 9:32)
Abdul Hameed Baqavi:
இவர்கள் தங்கள் வாய்களைக் கொண்டே (ஊதி) அல்லாஹ்வுடைய பிரகாசத்தை அணைத்துவிட விரும்புகின்றனர். எனினும், இந்நிராகரிப்பவர்கள் வெறுத்தபோதிலும் அல்லாஹ் தனது பிரகாசத்தை முழுமைபடுத்தி வைக்காமல் இருக்கப்போவதில்லை.
English Sahih:
They want to extinguish the light of Allah with their mouths, but Allah refuses except to perfect His light, although the disbelievers dislike it. ([9] At-Tawbah : 32)
