وَلَا تَقْتُلُوا النَّفْسَ الَّتِيْ حَرَّمَ اللّٰهُ اِلَّا بِالْحَقِّۗ وَمَنْ قُتِلَ مَظْلُوْمًا فَقَدْ جَعَلْنَا لِوَلِيِّهٖ سُلْطٰنًا فَلَا يُسْرِفْ فِّى الْقَتْلِۗ اِنَّهٗ كَانَ مَنْصُوْرًا ( الإسراء: ٣٣ )

بِٱلْحَقِّۗ
by right

And whoever

قُتِلَ

maẓlūman
مَظْلُومًا
wrongfully
冤屈
faqad
فَقَدْ
verily
必定|因此
jaʿalnā
جَعَلْنَا
We have made
我们使
liwaliyyihi
لِوَلِيِّهِۦ
for his heir
他的|亲戚|为
sul'ṭānan
سُلْطَٰنًا
an authority
权柄
falā
فَلَا
but not
不|但
yus'rif
يُسْرِف
he should exceed
他过分
fī
فِّى
in
在
l-qatli
ٱلْقَتْلِۖ
the killing
杀害
innahu
إِنَّهُۥ
Indeed, he
他|确实
kāna
كَانَ
is
他是
manṣūran
مَنصُورًا
helped
被援助的
Wa laa taqtulun nafsal latee harramal laahu illaa bilhaqq; wa man qutila mazlooman faqad ja'alnaa liwaliyyihee sultaanan falaa yusrif fil qatli innahoo kaana mansooraa (al-ʾIsrāʾ 17:33)
English Sahih:
And do not kill the soul [i.e., person] which Allah has forbidden, except by right. And whoever is killed unjustly – We have given his heir authority, but let him not exceed limits in [the matter of] taking life. Indeed, he has been supported [by the law]. (Al-Isra [17] : 33)
Ma Jian (Simplified):
你们不要违背安拉的禁令而杀人，除非因为正义。无辜而被杀者，我已把权柄授予他的亲戚，但他们不可滥杀，他们确是受援助的。 (夜行 [17] : 33)
