وَاسْتَعِيْنُوْا بِالصَّبْرِ وَالصَّلٰوةِ ۗ وَاِنَّهَا لَكَبِيْرَةٌ اِلَّا عَلَى الْخٰشِعِيْنَۙ ( البقرة: ٤٥ )
wa-is'taʿīnū
وَٱسْتَعِينُوا۟
And seek help
你们应寻求帮助|和
bil-ṣabri
بِٱلصَّبْرِ
through patience
坚忍|以
wal-ṣalati
وَٱلصَّلَوٰةِۚ
and the prayer;
礼拜|和
wa-innahā
وَإِنَّهَا
and indeed it
它|确实|和
lakabīratun
لَكَبِيرَةٌ
(is) surely difficult
非常困难|确定
illā
إِلَّا
except
除了
ʿalā
عَلَى
on
在
l-khāshiʿīna
ٱلْخَٰشِعِينَ
the humble ones
众恭敬的人
Wasta'eenoo bissabri was Salaah; wa innahaa lakabee ratun illaa alal khaashi'een (al-Baq̈arah 2:45)
English Sahih:
And seek help through patience and prayer; and indeed, it is difficult except for the humbly submissive [to Allah] (Al-Baqarah [2] : 45)
Ma Jian (Simplified):
你们当借坚忍和礼拜而求祐助。礼拜确是一件难事，但对恭敬的人却不难。 (黄牛 [2] : 45)
