وَهُوَ الَّذِيْ يَبْدَؤُا الْخَلْقَ ثُمَّ يُعِيْدُهٗ وَهُوَ اَهْوَنُ عَلَيْهِۗ وَلَهُ الْمَثَلُ الْاَعْلٰى فِى السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالْاَرْضِۚ وَهُوَ الْعَزِيْزُ الْحَكِيْمُ ࣖ ( الروم: ٢٧ )

ٱلْأَعْلَىٰ
the highest
最高的
fī
فِى

l-samāwāti
ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
the heavens
诸天
wal-arḍi
وَٱلْأَرْضِۚ
and the earth
大地|和
wahuwa
وَهُوَ
And He
他|和
l-ʿazīzu
ٱلْعَزِيزُ
(is) the All-Mighty
万能的
l-ḥakīmu
ٱلْحَكِيمُ
the All-Wise
至睿的
Wa Huwal lazee yabda'ul khalqa summa yu'eeduhoo wa huwa ahwanu 'alaih; wa lahul masalul la'laa fissamaawaati wal-ard; wa Huwal 'Azeezul Hakeem (ar-Rūm 30:27)
English Sahih:
And it is He who begins creation; then He repeats it, and that is [even] easier for Him. To Him belongs the highest description [i.e., attribute] in the heavens and earth. And He is the Exalted in Might, the Wise. (Ar-Rum [30] : 27)
Ma Jian (Simplified):
他创造众生，然后再造他们，再造对于他是更容易的。天地间最高的典型，只属于他，他是万能的，至睿的。 (罗马人 [30] : 27)
