لَهٗ مَقَالِيْدُ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالْاَرْضِۚ يَبْسُطُ الرِّزْقَ لِمَنْ يَّشَاۤءُ وَيَقْدِرُ ۚاِنَّهٗ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عَلِيْمٌ ( الشورى: ١٢ )

他宽裕
l-riz'qa
ٱلرِّزْقَ
the provision
给养
liman
لِمَن
for whom

yashāu
يَشَآءُ
He wills
他意欲
wayaqdiru
وَيَقْدِرُۚ
and restricts
他窘迫|和
innahu
إِنَّهُۥ
Indeed He
他|确实
bikulli
بِكُلِّ
of every
每个|在
shayin
شَىْءٍ
thing
事物的
ʿalīmun
عَلِيمٌ
(is) All-Knower
全知的
Lahoo maqaaleedus samaawaati wal ardi yabsutur rizqa limany yashaaa'u wa yaqdir; innahoo bikulli shai'unw wa Huwas Samee'ul Baseer (aš-Šūrā 42:12)
English Sahih:
To Him belong the keys of the heavens and the earth. He extends provision for whom He wills and restricts [it]. Indeed He is, of all things, Knowing. (Ash-Shuraa [42] : 12)
Ma Jian (Simplified):
天地的宝藏，只是他的；他欲使谁的给养宽裕，就使它宽裕；欲使谁的给养窘迫，就使它窘迫；他是全知万物的。 (协商 [42] : 12)
