۞ يٰٓاَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ اٰمَنُوْٓا اِنَّ كَثِيْرًا مِّنَ الْاَحْبَارِ وَالرُّهْبَانِ لَيَأْكُلُوْنَ اَمْوَالَ النَّاسِ بِالْبَاطِلِ وَيَصُدُّوْنَ عَنْ سَبِيْلِ اللّٰهِ ۗوَالَّذِيْنَ يَكْنِزُوْنَ الذَّهَبَ وَالْفِضَّةَ وَلَا يُنْفِقُوْنَهَا فِيْ سَبِيْلِ اللّٰهِ ۙفَبَشِّرْهُمْ بِعَذَابٍ اَلِيْمٍۙ ( التوبة: ٣٤ )
Yaaa aiyuhal lazeena aamanooo inna kaseeramminal ahbaari warruhbaani la yaakuloona amwaalan naasi bil baatili wa yasuddoona 'an sabeelil laah; wallazeena yaknizoonaz zahaba wal fiddata wa laayunfiqoonahaa fee sabeelil laahi fabashshirhum bi'azaabin aleem (at-Tawbah 9:34)
English Sahih:
O you who have believed, indeed many of the scholars and the monks devour the wealth of people unjustly and avert [them] from the way of Allah. And those who hoard gold and silver and spend it not in the way of Allah – give them tidings of a painful punishment. (At-Tawbah [9] : 34)
Ma Jian (Simplified):
信道的人们啊！确实有许多的学者和僧侣，的确借诈术而侵吞别人的财产，并且阻止别人走安拉的大道。窖藏金银，而不用于主道者，你应当用痛苦的刑罚向他们报喜。 (忏悔 [9] : 34)
