قَالَ رَبِّ فَاَنْظِرْنِيْٓ اِلٰى يَوْمِ يُبْعَثُوْنَ ( الحجر: ٣٦ )
He said
قَالَ
Er sagte;
"O my Lord!
رَبِّ
"Mein Herr,
Then give me respite
فَأَنظِرْنِىٓ
so gewähre mir Aufschub
till
إِلَىٰ
bis
(the) Day
يَوْمِ
(zu dem) Tage
they are raised"
يُبْعَثُونَ
an dem sie auferweckt werden."
Qāla Rabbi Fa'anžirnī 'Ilaá Yawmi Yub`athūna. (al-Ḥijr 15:36)
A. S. F. Bubenheim and N. Elyas:
Er sagte; "Mein Herr, so gewähre mir Aufschub bis zu dem Tag, da sie auferweckt werden." ([15] al-Higr : 36)
English Sahih:
He said, "My Lord, then reprieve me until the Day they are resurrected." ([15] Al-Hijr : 36)
