وَبِالْحَقِّ اَنْزَلْنٰهُ وَبِالْحَقِّ نَزَلَۗ وَمَآ اَرْسَلْنٰكَ اِلَّا مُبَشِّرًا وَّنَذِيْرًاۘ ( الإسراء: ١٠٥ )
And with the truth
وَبِٱلْحَقِّ
Und mit der Wahrheit
We sent it down
أَنزَلْنَٰهُ
haben wir hinabgesandt
and with the truth
وَبِٱلْحَقِّ
und mit der Wahrheit
it descended
نَزَلَۗ
ist er hinabgekommen.
And not
وَمَآ
Und nicht
We sent you
أَرْسَلْنَٰكَ
haben wir dich gesandt,
except
إِلَّا
außer
(as) a bearer of glad tidings
مُبَشِّرًا
(als) Verkünder froher Botschaft
and a warner
وَنَذِيرًا
und Warner.
Wa Bil-Ĥaqqi 'Anzalnāhu Wa Bil-Ĥaqqi Nazala Wa Mā 'Arsalnāka 'Illā Mubashshirāan Wa Nadhīrāan. (al-ʾIsrāʾ 17:105)

Mit der Wahrheit haben Wir ihn (als Offenbarung) hinabgesandt, und mit der Wahrheit ist er hinabgekommen. Und Wir haben dich nur als Verkünder froher Botschaft und Warner gesandt. ([17] al-Isra (Die Nachtreise) : 105)
English Sahih:
And with the truth We have sent it [i.e., the Quran] down, and with the truth it has descended. And We have not sent you, [O Muhammad], except as a bringer of good tidings and a warner. ([17] Al-Isra : 105)
