وَبِالْحَقِّ اَنْزَلْنٰهُ وَبِالْحَقِّ نَزَلَۗ وَمَآ اَرْسَلْنٰكَ اِلَّا مُبَشِّرًا وَّنَذِيْرًاۘ ( الإسراء: ١٠٥ )
And with the truth
وَبِٱلْحَقِّ
और साथ हक़ के
We sent it down
أَنزَلْنَٰهُ
नाज़िल किया हमने उसे
and with the truth
وَبِٱلْحَقِّ
और साथ हक़ के ही
it descended
نَزَلَۗ
वो उतरा
And not
وَمَآ
और नहीं
We sent you
أَرْسَلْنَٰكَ
भेजा हमने आपको
except
إِلَّا
मगर
(as) a bearer of glad tidings
مُبَشِّرًا
ख़ुशख़बरी देने वाला
and a warner
وَنَذِيرًا
और डराने वाला बनाकर
Wabialhaqqi anzalnahu wabialhaqqi nazala wama arsalnaka illa mubashshiran wanatheeran (al-ʾIsrāʾ 17:105)

सत्य के साथ हमने उसे अवतरित किया और सत्य के साथ वह अवतरित भी हुआ। और तुम्हें तो हमने केवल शुभ सूचना देनेवाला और सावधान करनेवाला बनाकर भेजा है
English Sahih:
And with the truth We have sent it [i.e., the Quran] down, and with the truth it has descended. And We have not sent you, [O Muhammad], except as a bringer of good tidings and a warner. ([17] Al-Isra : 105)
