قَالَ لَهُمْ مُّوْسٰى وَيْلَكُمْ لَا تَفْتَرُوْا عَلَى اللّٰهِ كَذِبًا فَيُسْحِتَكُمْ بِعَذَابٍۚ وَقَدْ خَابَ مَنِ افْتَرٰى ( طه: ٦١ )
Said
قَالَ
Sagte
to them
لَهُم
zu ihnen
Musa
مُّوسَىٰ
Musa;
"Woe to you!
وَيْلَكُمْ
"Wehe euch!
(Do) not
لَا
Nicht
invent
تَفْتَرُوا۟
Ersinnt
against
عَلَى
gegen
Allah
ٱللَّهِ
Allah
a lie
كَذِبًا
eine Lüge,
lest He will destroy you
فَيُسْحِتَكُم
sonst vernichtet er euch
with a punishment
بِعَذَابٍۖ
mit einer Strafe.
And verily
وَقَدْ
Und sicherlich
he failed
خَابَ
enttäuscht wird sein,
who
مَنِ
wer
invented"
ٱفْتَرَىٰ
Lügen ersinnt."
Qāla Lahum Mūsaá Waylakum Lā Taftarū `Alaá Allāhi Kadhibāan Fayusĥitakum Bi`adhābin Wa Qad Khāba Man Aftaraá. (Ṭāʾ Hāʾ 20:61)
A. S. F. Bubenheim and N. Elyas:
Musa sagte zu ihnen; "Wehe euch! Ersinnt gegen Allah keine Lüge, sonst vertilgt Er euch durch eine Strafe. Enttäuscht wird ja, wer Lügen ersinnt." ([20] Ta-Ha : 61)
English Sahih:
Moses said to them [i.e., the magicians summoned by Pharaoh], "Woe to you! Do not invent a lie against Allah or He will exterminate you with a punishment; and he has failed who invents [such falsehood]." ([20] Taha : 61)
