اَلَمْ تَرَ اَنَّ اللّٰهَ يُوْلِجُ الَّيْلَ فِى النَّهَارِ وَيُوْلِجُ النَّهَارَ فِى الَّيْلِ وَسَخَّرَ الشَّمْسَ وَالْقَمَرَۖ كُلٌّ يَّجْرِيْٓ اِلٰٓى اَجَلٍ مُّسَمًّى وَّاَنَّ اللّٰهَ بِمَا تَعْمَلُوْنَ خَبِيْرٌ ( لقمان: ٢٩ )
'Alam Taraá 'Anna Allāha Yūliju Al-Layla Fī An-Nahāri Wa Yūliju An-Nahāra Fī Al-Layli Wa Sakhkhara Ash-Shamsa Wa Al-Qamara Kullun Yajrī 'Ilaá 'Ajalin Musamman Wa 'Anna Allāha Bimā Ta`malūna Khabīrun. (Luq̈mān 31:29)

Siehst du denn nicht, daß Allah die Nacht in den Tag eindringen und den Tag in die Nacht eindringen läßt und die Sonne und den Mond dienstbar gemacht hat - ein jedes läuft auf eine festgesetzte Frist zu -, und daß Allah dessen Kundig ist, was ihr tut? ([31] Luqman : 29)
English Sahih:
Do you not see [i.e., know] that Allah causes the night to enter the day and causes the day to enter the night and has subjected the sun and the moon, each running [its course] for a specified term, and that Allah, of whatever you do, is Aware? ([31] Luqman : 29)

Hast du etwa nicht gesehen, daß ALLAH die Nacht in den Tag einfließen läßt und den Tag in die Nacht einfließen läßt, (daß) ER euch die Sonne und den Mond gratis fügbar machte - beide durchlaufen bis zu einer festgelegten Frist, und daß ALLAH dessen, was ihr tut, allkundig ist?!
