قَالُوْا يٰمُوْسٰٓى اِنَّا لَنْ نَّدْخُلَهَآ اَبَدًا مَّا دَامُوْا فِيْهَا ۖفَاذْهَبْ اَنْتَ وَرَبُّكَ فَقَاتِلَآ اِنَّا هٰهُنَا قٰعِدُوْنَ ( المائدة: ٢٤ )
They said
قَالُوا۟
Sie sagten;
O Musa!
يَٰمُوسَىٰٓ
"O Musa,
Indeed, we
إِنَّا
wahrlich wir
never
لَن
nicht werden
will enter it
نَّدْخُلَهَآ
wir sie betreten
ever
أَبَدًا
für immer,
for
مَّا
solange
as long as they are
دَامُوا۟
sie sind
in it
فِيهَاۖ
in ihr.
So go
فَٱذْهَبْ
So geh,
you
أَنتَ
du
and your Lord
وَرَبُّكَ
und dein Herr,
and you both fight
فَقَٰتِلَآ
dann kämpft ihr beide.
Indeed, we
إِنَّا
Wahrlich, wir
are [here]
هَٰهُنَا
hier
sitting"
قَٰعِدُونَ
(werden sein) Sitzende.
Qālū Yā Mūsaá 'Innā Lan Nadkhulahā 'Abadāan Mā Dāmū Fīhā Fādh/hab 'Anta Wa Rabbuka Faqātilā 'Innā Hāhunā Qā`idūna. (al-Māʾidah 5:24)
A. S. F. Bubenheim and N. Elyas:
Sie (, die anderen,) sagten; "O Musa, gewiß werden wir es niemals betreten, solange sie darin sind. Geh doch du und dein Herr hin und kämpft! Wir werden hier sitzen bleiben." ([5] al-Maida (Der Tisch) : 24)
English Sahih:
They said, "O Moses, indeed we will not enter it, ever, as long as they are within it; so go, you and your Lord, and fight. Indeed, we are remaining right here." ([5] Al-Ma'idah : 24)
