Yunus Verse 76

When the truth came to them from Us, they said, “This is certainly pure magic!”

So when the truth came to them from Us, they said, “This is indeed a clear magic!”

So, when the truth came to them from Us, they said, 'Surely this is a manifest sorcery.'

When the truth came to them from Us, they said, ‘This is blatant sorcery.’

Then when there came unto them the truth from Us, they said: verily this is magic manifest.

When the Truth did come to them from Us, they said; "This is indeed evident sorcery!"

And when truth came to them from Us, they said: 'Indeed this is plain sorcery.

Thus, when the truth had come to them from Us, they said: "Surely this is nothing but pure magic."

So when the truth came to them from Us, they said, “Indeed this is a clear magic.”

When the truth from Us came to them, they said, ‘This is indeed plain magic!’

When the truth came to them from Us, they said: "Surely this is clearly nothing but sorcery."

And when there came to them the truth from Us, they said, `This is, of course, enchantment creating dissension.´

So when the truth came to them from at Us, they said: "That truly (is) evident magic/sorcery (E)."

So when the truth came to them from Us, they said, "Indeed this is a clear magic."

Then after them We sent Moses and Aaron unto Pharaoh and his chiefs with Our Signs; but they were too inflated with pride, and were a guilty people.

So when came to them the truth from Us, they said: "This is indeed clear magic."

Then after them We sent Moses and Aaron to Pharaoh and his chiefs with Our signs, but they were arrogant, and they were a guilty people.

So when the truth came to them from Us they said: This is most surely clear enchantment!

And when the Truth from Our presence came unto them, they said: Lo! this is mere magic.

When the Truth from Us came, they called it simply magic.

When the truth came to them from Us they said: 'This is indeed clear magic'

So when came to them the truth from Us, they said: "This is indeed clear magic."

When the truth came to them from Us, they said, "This is plain sorcery."

And when the truth came to them from Us, they said, “This is clearly sorcery.”

So, when the Truth came to them from Us, they said, `Surely this is manifest sorcery', [sorcery that is] clear and evident.

فَلَمَّا جَاءهُمُ الْحَقُّ مِنْ عِندِنَا قَالُواْ إِنَّ هَـذَا لَسِحْرٌ مُّبِينٌ

So, when came to them the truth from us, they said;"This is indeed clear magic."

They were as if they gave an oath that what they had said was the truth. But they knew that what they were saying was a mere lie.

As Allah said;

وَجَحَدُواْ بِهَا وَاسْتَيْقَنَتْهَأ أَنفُسُهُمْ ظُلْماً وَعُلُوّاً

And they belied them wrongfully and arrogantly, though they themselves were convinced thereof. (27;14)

Musa criticized them saying;

قَالَ مُوسَى أَتقُولُونَ لِلْحَقِّ لَمَّا جَاءكُمْ أَسِحْرٌ هَـذَا وَلَا يُفْلِحُ السَّاحِرُونَ
